Refund Policy
RETURNS
As Aadhi Millets deals in food and consumable products, returns are generally not accepted due to hygiene and food-safety considerations. However, you may raise a concern if the product you received is damaged, leaking, missing, incorrect, expired, or affected by a manufacturing or packaging defect. Each concern is reviewed individually and resolved on its merits.
Please report any concern within 48 hours of delivery, along with the following details:
- Order ID
- Product name(s)
- A brief description of the issue
- Photographs of the product, shipping box, and shipping label
- A complete, unedited unboxing video (mandatory for damaged, missing, leaking, or incorrect-product claims)
Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Once a claim is verified, we may offer a replacement of the affected product, a refund to the original payment method, or store credit/gift card, where applicable. In a multi-item order, only the affected product(s) will be considered for replacement or refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds are approved for orders cancelled before dispatch, and for products that are damaged, incorrect, missing after verification, expired, or found to have a genuine manufacturing or packaging defect.
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as a gift card.
Approved replacements are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after verification, subject to product availability and serviceability.
A request may not be approved if it is:
- Reported after 48 hours
- Missing the required proof
- For a product that has been significantly consumed or intentionally damaged
- Related only to personal taste or preference
- Based on natural variation in colour, aroma, texture, consistency, or taste
Because our products are made from natural ingredients, some batch-to-batch variation is expected and is not considered a defect.
